About this yacht

Sailing boat with modern rigging and built in all-carbon-fiber composite materials entirely made of carbon fiber, which resulted in an extremely light and strong boat for its size, with a resistant for its size with an extraordinary power to weight ratio.

With a classic look from the 1900s, her "Schooner" rig sports two impressive carbon fiber masts (King Composite), the largest of 50 meters and the foremast, at the bow of it, of 47 meters. The tension of these rigs is tremendous and for this we observe rigging, blocks and windlasses of dimensions rarely seen. The main sheet is subjected to a workload of 16,000 kilos. The sheet of Guenoa, 15,000 kilos. For this reason, all the systems are hydraulic and are controlled from the wheelhouse with buttons. Automation, then, is part of this floating jewel. Its wide cover shows the typical teak together with mahogany, highlighting the polished bronzes in each maneuver or structure detail. Within its comforts, the schooner highlights 7 cabins for 14 people and 8 bathrooms. Main hall with living room and dining room, daily dining room, laundry and dryer room, crew room with their respective cabins and interior wheelhouse. The owner's cabin, which occupies the entire beam of the ship in the aft third, has, in addition to the double bed, a sofa, a full private bathroom and an adjoining office with a desk, sofa and bathroom, from where you can see all the ship commands through a monitor. The bathroom faucets deserve a special mention, of Italian design and built in England, replicating the one used more than 100 years ago in this type of ships. The ship achieved the certification of the International Classification Society RINA, highlighting among several aspects, the treatment of wastewater and storage tanks for pollutants. The heart of the ship is in her luxurious engine room, which is more like an operating room, and contains an 898 hp Caterpillar engine with shaft line and variable pitch propeller, completing the maneuvering propulsion with Bow and Stern thrusters. The speed developed in the sea trials was 17 knots under power. All electrical, electronic and hydraulics are powered by two Caterpillar generators of 50 kW each.

Although the overall design is reminiscent of an old boat, the hull lines, keel and rudder were designed and built with the latest technology. The purpose was to travel the world's seas without restrictions.

It is classified within the category "A" OCEANIC and recertified by the RINA.
